The Aquatic Center of Rochester has now completed the
required training of its instructor staff to offer the PADI
Ice Diver Specialty Course. Look for information on upcoming Ice
Diver classes. This course is of
interest to local search & rescue divers, and to those of us
looking for a little challenge in our diving skills. You might
want to consider a
Dry Suit Specialty to prepare for this
course.
Learn the skills required to safely dive under the ice!
Broaden your experience in diving in similar overhead
environments; such as Wreck Penetration and Cavern Diving!
Learn the skills necessary to effectively search for a
missing diver, or someone who may have fallen through the
ice!
